Khane brings more than 25 years across financial planning, wealth creation, superannuation, structuring and lending. Clients value his ability to explain complex decisions clearly, remain accessible and go the extra mile. Away from finance, Khane is known as “Rip”—a surfing nickname that reflects his love of life on the water with his family.
Office manager & client specialist
Leanne keeps clients informed and applications organised from the first conversation through to settlement. Her calm coordination helps make every step feel clear and well managed.
Junior broker · Finance consultant
Blake supports clients with information gathering, loan research and application preparation. Working closely with the senior team, he brings energy, responsiveness and a client-first mindset.
Credit & lending specialist
Adrian brings established Gold Coast mortgage-broking experience to Jade. He focuses on credit assessment, loan structuring and progressing applications with care and attention to detail.
Junior broker trainee
Jhett is Khane’s son and is beginning his journey in mortgage broking with Jade. Naturally curious and eager to learn, he absorbs new information quickly and brings a great personality, strong attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm to the team.
Meet Rip
“Rip” is Khane’s surfing nickname. Away from Jade, he is happiest wakesurfing, boating and spending time on the water with Tenille and their six children.
